Loft House Plans
Loft Home Designs
The following loft plans are only a few examples of an infinite range of possibilities for Loft home designs. We will design a Loft home to suit your own unique family lifestyle requirements - at no cost.
The Loft roofline provides a steeper roof pitch which allows an upstairs mezzanine area to be constructed providing additional living space. The vaulted roof also makes the home much cooler during Summer. The vaulted ceiling in a Loft home also gives a feeling of greater space and keeps the house cooler in the Summer months. Staircases and balustrades also add an attractive effect.
It is generally more economic (in small to medium size homes) to build a Loft home with a mezzanine upstairs floor than to build the equivalent space as a single level home. A Loft home also makes a smaller "footprint" on your land - which is important on smaller building blocks or steeply sloped sites.
